Return policy

Our return policy is valid for 30 days . If more than 30 days have passed since your purchase, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund or exchange.

Return conditions

For an item to be returned, it must be unused and in the condition in which you received it. The item must also be in its original packaging .

Some items cannot be returned. Perishable items such as food , flowers , newspapers , or magazines cannot be returned. Similarly, we do not accept intimate or hygiene products , hazardous materials or substances , or flammable liquids or gases .

Other items for which returns are not permitted:

  • Gift cards

  • Downloadable software

  • Certain health and personal care products

To process a return, we need a receipt or proof of purchase .
Please do not return the item directly to the manufacturer.

Partial refunds (if applicable)

In some cases, partial refunds may be granted if:

  • The books show obvious signs of use

  • CDs , DVDs , VHS tapes , software , video games , audio cassettes , and vinyl records have been opened

  • The items are not in their original condition , are damaged or incomplete , unless the defect is due to our error.

  • Items are returned more than 30 days after delivery

Refunds (if applicable)

Once we have received and inspected your return, you will receive an email confirming receipt of the returned item. We will also inform you whether your refund has been approved or denied .
If the refund is approved, it will be processed and the amount will be returned to your original payment method, usually within a few days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you have not yet received a refund, first check your bank account .
Next, contact your credit card company , as it may take some time for the refund to appear on your account.
Next, contact your bank . There may be a processing delay before the refund is displayed.

Items on promotion or sale (where applicable)

Only items purchased at full price are eligible for a refund. Unfortunately, items bought on sale or as part of a promotion are not refundable.

Exchange (if applicable)

We only exchange items that were faulty or damaged from the start. If you would like to replace your item with the same product, please email us at ziralife.team@gmail.com and send the article to the following address:

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit equal to the value of the returned item. Once the item is returned, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item was not marked as a gift, or if the person who purchased the gift had the item delivered to their address before giving it to you, the refund will be sent to the person who purchased the gift, and they will be notified of the item's return.

Return shipping costs are your responsibility and are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping costs will be deducted from the refunded amount.

Depending on where you are located, the time it takes to receive your exchanged item may vary.
If you are shipping an item worth more than €75 , we recommend using a trackable shipping service or insuring your package. We cannot guarantee that we will receive the returned item.
