What is the delivery time for your products?
We need 2 to 4 days to process your order, then 1 to 2 weeks to deliver it.
Do you ship worldwide?

Do you offer a shipment tracking service?

Some items are missing from my order, what's going on?
Our products are shipped separately depending on the order. If your order includes products from two different warehouses, you will receive two separate deliveries. The rest of your order will likely arrive shortly.
I received a damaged item. What can I do?
We're sorry to hear that. Simply send us a photo of the damaged item to the following email address: ziralife.team@gmail.com, and we'll send you a replacement as soon as possible.

I still haven't received my order. Why is it taking so long?
We apologize for the delay. International shipments can sometimes take longer than expected due to customs processing. However, you can track your order at any time and see its location. Do you have a refund policy?
We do our best to resolve any issues our customers may have with their items. However, if you would like a refund for your order, we can certainly process it, provided the request is made within 30 days of the order date and the items are not on sale.
